PREAMBLE

The present General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "TOU") govern access to and use of the website https://satt.ma/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), published by the Société d'Aménagement Tanger Tech (hereinafter referred to as "SATT").

By accessing or using the Site, the user unconditionally accepts these TOU in their entirety. These TOU are binding from the first use of the Site and for the entire duration of such use. If the user does not agree to these TOU, they must immediately cease using the Site.

The Site serves as an information and presentation platform for the activities, projects, and services of SATT, responsible for the development, management, and promotion of the Tanger Tech Industrial Acceleration Zone, known as "Mohammed VI Tanger Tech City." The Site is intended for visitors, partners, investors, and any other parties seeking information about SATT's missions, values, and projects.

ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY

Access to the Site is provided free of charge and is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions for maintenance, technical updates, or events beyond SATT's reasonable control.

SATT reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue access to all or part of the Site at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability toward users. SATT shall not be held responsible for any disruption, unavailability, or degradation of the Site's performance, regardless of the cause.

ARTICLE 2 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information published on the Site is provided in good faith, for general informational purposes only, and does not constitute advice, recommendation, or commitment of any kind. SATT makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information provided.

Users access and use the Site entirely at their own risk. SATT and its subcontractors shall not be held liable for:

• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content published on the Site

ARTICLE 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements published on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, animations, software, sound recordings, and any other content, are the exclusive property of SATT or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark legislation.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, adaptation, modification, extraction, or reuse of any content from the Site, in whole or in part, by any means and in any format, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of SATT.

Unauthorized use of any content from the Site may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

ARTICLE 4 - HYPERTEXT LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain hyperlinks redirecting users to external third-party websites. These links are provided solely for user convenience. SATT exercises no control over the content, availability, or practices of such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, services, or any damages arising from their use.

The inclusion of a hyperlink to an external site does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or validation by SATT of such site or its content. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or performance of these TOU, and in the absence of an amicable resolution between the parties, exclusive jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the competent courts of Morocco, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these TOU and any other document, these TOU shall prevail.
